Services

Clutter Healing provides professional organizing, virtual organizing, moving support, and related services. Specific terms for each engagement — including scope, rates, scheduling, and cancellation — are agreed upon at the time of booking and may be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are established at the time of booking. Clutter Healing reserves the right to require a deposit before commencing work. All rates are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Clutter Healing makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from organizing services. Results vary based on individual circumstances, client participation, and the condition of the space.

Limitation of Liability

Clutter Healing, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from organizing services rendered. Our liability in connection with any service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Intellectual Property

The Clutter Healing® name and methodology are proprietary. The Clutter Healing Organizer Certification Program content is protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our training materials is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
